📜 TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Transportation Costs – To be paid by the client as per actual expenses.
- Product Customization – All bulk products are made as per client specifications.
- Quality Acceptance & Rejections – Inspection and acceptance must be done at our factory before dispatch.
- No Returns Policy – Once dispatched, products cannot be returned. Clients bear full responsibility for any contamination during repackaging.
- Pricing Validity – Rates are valid until September 2025. Bulk packaging charges are extra (specified above).
- Custom Packaging – Clients may send their pouches, labels, and branding materials. We can pack on their behalf (material and labor cost applies additional).
- Advance Payment – Payment must be made upfront to Needful Initiatives for Environment Development Pvt Ltd.
- Payment Deadline – Payments must be received on or before the due date. Late payments may result in order delays or cancellations.
